Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates for domestic orders are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary based on your location and the weight of the product. We strive to fulfill orders promptly from Monday to Friday in the sequence they were received. However, please note that during busy periods, new collection launches, or sales, there may be some delays in order processing and shipment.

The shipping speed you select at checkout will be applied once the order leaves our facility.

International Shipping

We are excited to announce that international shipping is now available worldwide!

Please Note: All international orders are subject to fees imposed by the destination country, including customs and duties. Unfortunately, Kiryosity does not have control over these additional charges associated with the shipment and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the ownership of all fees related to delivery. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Pre-Orders

If you place an order for pre-ordered items, they will be shipped as soon as they become available in our inventory. The estimated ship date will be mentioned on the product listing and in your cart.

Please be aware that if you combine pre-order items with in-stock items in the same order, the shipment may be delayed until all pre-order items are ready. If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for them.
